I worked on a Siri Data Collections team. We generated about 50,000 to 200,000 videos a week which are used for Siri Machine Learning Algorithms.

My manager was Dr. Gautam Krishna (University of Texas Machine Learning & Electroencephalograph Researcher).
    It was super challenging, but I learned a ton from him. He got promoted to the Siri Perceptions team at Apple.

• Our SQL tables were 10's of millions of rows. Not billions. So our team didn't use "big" data tech like Apache Spark, Hadoop or other open-source software from The Apache Software Foundation. MySQL on AWS RDS got the job done.
• I managed & developed many data processing systems and pipelines in Python using built-in modules & open-source Python Libraries.
• I did heavy-duty data analysis in SQL and Microsoft Excel. I also used pandas a lot.
• My most important responsibility was building Interactive Data Visualizations using Tableau.

Oct'2022 to Present

• Since working for my new manager, I've worked on about 30 other AI/ML data collections projects. I develop a lot of scripts, data pipelines, data processing systems, and data visualizations to render summary stats.
• Since Jan'2023 I've been assisting the Health AI team develop a new cutting edge ML model for Apple Health. I use Apache Spark on AWS EMR heavily to process & analyze biometric data.
